  • Development and Construction Financing
    Types of financing available for new developments, spec homes and custom build projects. Also provides strategies techniques for the timely submittal of accurate and complete sworn statements and liens waivers on each project.  A discussion of real estate transfer taxes and income taxes will be provided.  Presented by Tom Cronkright of Sun Title and Andrew Clarkson of Lake Michigan Credit Union

    Various ways land can be developed in the state of Michigan including a review of the Land Division Act, Site Condominium Act and property split rights. Also provides a discussion on zoning, use and how to obtain planning commission approvals for your next project.  Presented by Rod Unema, Exxel Engineering
