PARADE OF HOMES – 2015

Updated_ParadeofHomes_verticalThe Parade of Homes is a specialized marketing program and event for HBAGGR builder members to showcase craftsmanship and promote future home sales. It also acts as showcase in a new home setting for member suppliers to present their products and services to those looking to purchase. The Spring Parade begins on Memorial Day weekend and the Fall Parade begins in October.

Within the event there are various partnership opportunities including presenting sponsor, map sponsor, tickets sponsor, and more!

REMODELING AND NEW HOMES SHOW – January 8-10, 2016

The Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids is continuing their partnership with ShowSpan.  Stop by and see us at the myGRhome Resource Pavilion.  We will have a wide variety of resources to help you with your next project, or just help you find who to talk to at the show.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Education and professional development continue to be at the core of the HBA and its services to the industry. We conduct year round education programs designed to keep our members informed about the latest in safety, technology, legal and building code issues as well as industry specific topics (i.e. Green Building, remodeling etc.), as well as fulfill their requirements for continuing education for their Michigan Residential Builders’ license.

MYGRHOME – PARADE PREVIEW

A free publication distributed  to nearly 500 drop locations around West Michigan.  This audience is looking for the latest information to continue to make their home a better place to live.  myGRhome will contain articles on the latest trends in design, technology for the home, building materials, home upkeep and a classified section dedicated to members for listing available lots and homes. Marketplace product ads will also be available.
